- CM Manohar Lal Khattar established the first village secretariat in Haryana’s Jind district.
 - The TELECOM players had paid the 32,300 crore INR rupees to Government of India for the spectrum sold in the March month. The major amount was paid by the Bharti Airtel.
 - National Judicial Appointments Commission (NJAC), a six member panel is a new law passed headed by Chief Justice of India to select High Court Judges and Supreme Court judges.
 - Gujarat government had launched its new initiative program “Industrial Tourism” for the development of the state. The major highlights of this program are to visit to the Tata Nano plant in Sanand, the Pipavav port near Amreli and further industrial plants.
 - As a part of Make in India, Airbus plans to start it manufacturing unit in India. Airbus is a well known company.
 - Lt. General H.Singh was the hero of the Indo-Pak war in 1971 and he retired from the Army in year 1991. He was awarded with Maha Vir Chakra and a Param Vishisht Seva Medal.
